I bought a jeep on 9/25/18 and my previous loan to Chrysler they still haven't paid off. I've been calling 3 days now. Said by 3 different people will text me back the next day. Nobody responds. Update 1/17/2019: After almost 5 months since the original sales/contract date - Heggs finally paid off my trade-in balance owed to Chase. My credit is severely damaged due to their negligence. My FICO was 704 back in September 2018 - now in the low 500....Continue Reading

I BELIEVE THIS DEALERSHIP TO BE IN REAL TROUBLE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOPLD THAT AFTER I PAY FOR A VEHICLE I CAN NOT TAKE IT WITH ME BECAUSE OF CHANGING BANKS FLOORING AND INVENTORY. I THINK THEY ARE IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE, AND THIS IS THE REASON THAT NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK, WHEN YOU HAVE A NEW TRUCK SITTING IN THE LOT THAT WAS ORDERED 05-25-2018 AND COSTS $80,826.00
The sales and finance team doesnt have the time to give us even though this is are second vehicle we have purchased from them . They were supposed to find the best rate before putting the final purchase through and have not followed through on it . we have mid 800s credit scores so interest rate should be below 6%
Fixed my airbag recall, got me right in, very friendly and nice.
Need a lot of improvements. Not going to rant. Just will move on come trade in time, which I’m due right now.
