Worse service I have ever received. Forget trying to reach someone by calling, you have to drive there. Nobody wants to help when you are there and moral is low. Iv heard the dealership is going under and the owner is fighting to turn things around. I recommend firing all management staff and starting over.
Traded in a vehicle in sept 2018. Now feb 2019. Still has not paid off trade in. They attempted to pay it off and the check was NSF. Killing our credit and now it sounds like they are filing bankruptcy so it might never get paid off. Run away!!!!
I bought a vehicle almost 6 months ago. I cannot get plates for it because they never paid off the lien from the previous owner. You cannot call them. They will not talk to you after the sale. Legal action is next.....
