The service department was over booked, after my van was there all day nothing was done. I had to rebook for next Wednesday. I hope that my next appointment has more success.
The salesman was a bit on the rude side when shopping. And when it came time for warrantee service, kept my car the whole day to be told the car wasn’t fixed because they didn’t have the part. This after service writer new what the problem is.
We bought a car a year ago and have questions about a warranty we were sold have left several voicemails and never received a response.

I brought my truck in for oil change/ rotate my tires/ and flush out my radiator and put antifreeze, I brought my truck in at 9:30 in morning they told me it would take 3 hours to finish when I got there he said it’s not ready yet so Mark said another half hour, by the time I actually got in my truck it was 3 pm so they had my truck for 5-1/2 hours!!! I don’t recommend going there at all!!!
Excellent ! They assisted us in doing a comparison price for selling our 2013 Chrysler T&C. We had 5 offers selling independently Also service Dept is always prompt & courteous too. In addition they printed a copy of our extended warranty I would certainly recommend this dealer! Plus we have had Chrysler products for 20 years First Chrysler mini van built! My Michigan in storage mini van 2005 still performing top notch!
What a racket! Just stay away from this place. They take your trade in and then never pay off your old vehicle loan. They won’t respond to any contact. These people deserve to be out of business!
