This place is a ripoff! They wanted to charge me $5,000 more for a Jeep altitude 4 x4 then anyone else in the market. When I provided the information from JEEP.com and TrueCar showing that I was at the high end of fair pricing for the market he said well call the Jeep website and see if they can get you a car!! He at one point even called me a liar when I told him the MSRP listed in JEEP.com. When I proved it he just went into another high pressure sales pitch. I gave a 1 because it’s the lowest you can give. Salesman hounded me all day. Came to bar to drink with me after 3 hours of no; to ensure I was talked in to purchase. Had a shady car at that. 2017 with damage. They appear to be a reputable dealership unless you get this salesman. The forever warranty is crap. . Their GM “Ben” was awesome in understanding and reversing the deal. Steer clear of this dealership. They see a single mom; well to do at that; and see a way to screw someone. Redic. Crap dealership! And I mean crap!
We made a couple visits before actually going to get a new car, let me just tell y’all they are AWESOME!!!! My boyfriend got a brand new 2018 charger and from start to finish they have been nothing but GREAT! We went in at 2pm we left out around 5:30pm approved and in our new car! They provided us with excellent customer service!!! I would tell any and everybody if your looking for a vehicle; GO CHECK THEM OUT!!! You will not be disappointed� Thanks GUYS, we appreciate all that you’ve done.
