I am very disappointed in my experience last week. I schedule my appointment for 9am. I was told at check in that it should not take more than 2 hours because you were not busy. I decided to wait and work from the lobby. 2hrs went by and I went and checked in with Joe and he tells me then that they had not even started it yet. Dropped my key in the lock box this morning and followed the directions on the envelope to NOT leave my car in the service drive thru service lane, but to park it. I even called at 7am and spoke to the girl on the phone who assured me that was fine and that the lock box is the first thing that gets checked at 7am. Showed up at 1pm to pick my car up and it wasn’t touched. Someone forgot to check the lock box. Call it coincidence but just for a recall service appointment that has to do with the parking brake and I am being recommended a/c service for another $230 along with a small list of others. I declined the service and noticeably on my drive home, the a/c doesn’t work near as effective as it was when I drove it in less than 2 hours prior. Day 2 and now my a/c is still less than optimum. Suspicious? I will take my truck elsewhere.
Recieved a letter from FCA about the recall issued for my 2018 Charger at the same time it was coming due for its first oil change and service. I called and spoke with Joe, he suggested I bring it in the next day early and leave it so they can address the recall concern and perform the oil change and tire rotation along with the inspection they do. I purchased a brand new car on June 2 and it’s been over a month now and they still haven’t paid off my other car . So I had to go down to the dealership today and see what was up. I have nothing but problems with them.
