I proudly own a 2008 Dodge Challenger and 2015 Hellcat Challenger. Both cars are maintained at Heggs where I purchased my 2015 Hellcat. Amber in service and Brad and Andrew Technicans, are as good as gets. They all are very friendly, customer focused and proud of their brand. I highly recommend you ask for Amber, Brad and Andrew for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, You will not regret it.
I always have a great experience when I get both my jeeps serviced at Heggs. My favorite service advisor is Cody Thayer , he is always courteous and very quick to get me taken care of. The new jeep store is awesome!
We have bought 3 cars from them in the past and had a good experience, all of the people we dealt with before have left and now I would never go back again. Went in to trade in our cars and they were unable to get the numbers to where we needed them so we left. For two weeks we got text messages about how they would somehow make it work and they did not. Don’t buy a vehicle from here because they’ll call you a week later and tell you you need to put $3,000 more down on it or return it even though the papers were signed a week earlier. What a bunch of scam artists.
I took my 20-year-old daughter to buy her first car the sales person Kerry and the finance person was just awesome to her I bought my car there in December and had a very good experience last year too. I would go back and recommend this place to anybody in need of a good deal
