I had a 9:00 am appointment on Tuesday , my Jeep was there all day and they didn't have time to check it out. I paid $35 for a rental car for nothing. I called and left a message for my tech at 8:00 am today to make sure my Jeep would be checked today and 3 hours with no call back. I will be paying $35 for a rental car for another day while my Jeep sits unchecked. They also charge $129 to " check" my car. If I had a set appointment why am I still waiting ? Great Dealership with Exemplary Customer Service. They also have good coffee.
This place really needs to improve their express line services!!! They state in and out in 30 minutes or less but EVERY time I get an oil change I wait 2hrs! EVERY time I am told the service I need (a new tire purchase or new battery installation) is an Express line issue I'm waiting 2hrs!! They need to hire more techs to meet the 30 minute expectations they offer or don't falsely advertise the 30 minute expectation. I purchased a Jeep from them in March. Since owning my Jeep I have gotten out more seen areas of Arizona that I never would have before. They worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. I worked with "Bear" he is friendly and very funny guy. Coming back in months later for my oil change he still knew me remembered where I worked and asked me if I loved my Jeep. Well I do it's the best vehicle I have ever owned. My whole family loves it! If you are planning on buying a Jeep come here first!!!
There is no better measure of character, than when you admit you are wrong... and make the necessary corrections. For that, Randy Pierson, Sales Manager at Superstition Springs Chrysler earns my complete respect for correcting an oversight in my recent purchase. And thank you to Brett Nunez for your kindness and genuine heart... a great start to a successful sales career! Thank you both for "Sweetie Pie" our new family member (aka car) named by my 6 year old son.
This is the worst dealership every. They lied about the price, lied about life time warranty, and now 3 weeks after buying the car it broke down and it's under warranty but they are fighting us on fixing it and I have been with out a car for 3 days. They really don't care about people they are exactly what you call a sleezy car dealership do not go here.
Had my 2014 Dodge ram serviced regularly at York Dodge so I would not fault on the forever warranty. Now they are telling me my forever warranty is void because I did not get permission from them for York Dodge to service the truck. Do not live in Phoenix therefore it would be ridiculous to run to superstition springs for service every time. At time of purchase was informed that all services must be done by Mopar authorized mechanic. Should've known there was a catch somewhere
