I was in for parts and the man at the counter got me the right part in a timely manner. Parts were in stock and cashier was friendly
This is the second Challenger we have bought from Kerry "straw hat" Yoder. The first 2013 Challenger was in a crash and totaled. Went and bought a second car from him. This car was ordered from the factory and Kerry kept me informed of the location while it was shipped to the dealership. If I ever buy a other car or truck. He will be my salesman.
The service people were pleasant. However, improvement is definitely needed for morning routine oil changes. They need to start setting appts in the morning not just in the afternoon. I called to make an appt the day before and was told 1st come first serve. I arrived yesterday 7:20am 20 min after they open and had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then after I left I noticed they forgot to put next service sticker on my window..
Buying a vehicle is a breeze and I would definitely buy again from these guys BUT their service department could use a little work. I would go else where if I could! 2 hour wait for an oil change. Had my children (3 & 1 yrs old) with me and asked the shuttle driver for a ride to the mall and he ended up leaving without us. So I had to walk to Walmart with my kids
I called on a Saturday and was told the person on the phone didn't have time to speak with me with the deals all around him at the store. So I thought it was just a Salesman when I called back the next one hung up in the middle of my conversation!!! The absolute worst service. Unbelievably disrespectful staff. Truly so upsetting I'm never wrote a review my life and I had to do so.

We came here with no real intent on buying a car, we hadn't looked at anything in a long while, but once we got there and saw the inventory and just how helpful everyone was we know that if we didn't get the day today we would be back soon to get one. After a very short walk around the lot we found our newest family member and with the life time warranty we got on it, it will be around a long time. Can't wait to get to buy another one from them
