I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and thought that loyalty would do something for the relationship. I was wrong! Made an appointment to have a engine check light fixed and dropped it off at 730 am and didn't hear from them. Stopped in the service advisor said they just finished it at 5 pm. Why have an appointment? Hope I get a survey! I will rate them #1!

I brought my husband's 2012 Ram truck in for service for my first visit. Jeremy the service provider was very polite and professional. The shuttle driver was phenomenal, I regret I don't recall his name. The cashier Melissa was RUDE, ABRUPT, CONDESCENDING!!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO HER !! i took my jeep in thursday. to have the clock spring fix. they said it was under recall. they had it for 10 hours. did not call me to pick it up i had to call. and did not fix it. the air bag light is still on. i call the recall number . and they said if the light is on i can have the clock spring replace for free. and to day in the mail i got a letter about it and it said the same thing. they must not now how to read. a recall.
This service department is a joke. Just purchased a new jeep and brought it in for my scheduled service appointment to have windows tinted and bra cover put on. 3 hours later no bra cover and a bunch of jobs happening at once instead of finishing a job. Brad in service department was super rude stating "I just got back from lunch I don't know what's been done. We have never put a bra cover on before." Really? Service department is horrible. Every time I wait over 2 hours just to get an oil change and they give me the inspection report it is very clear that they don't even look at your vehicle.
