I don't write very many reviews, but this is an exception. Big Al did not just go the extra mile for me - he went an extra 372 miles for me to get me the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted all the way from Tustin, CA - he had it shipped over on his own dime. Robert D my salesman was superb all the way around -ask for him when you visit them - he will do you right. These guys REALLY KNOW what customer service is all about. I wish this review had 20 stars to give! Al Heggs is the BEST Manager of any car dealership I have ever experienced! Sorry Ford I gotta tell you that's NO BULL! He listens to his customers and exceeds their expectations! Most of all he gives you Peace of Mind which is a grateful feeling to have. I have been a long term service customer as well as a purchase customer and have come to the conclusion that this Dealership creates the Ultimate Experience for their customers. Terrible experience. Both of the sales guys helping me were beyond unprofessional. The behavior they displayed made me feel uncomfortable. I would suggest looking at alternate dealers.
