I went to them months ago to have my 2014 Grand Caravan serviced and they had a very lackadaisical attitude. I called two weeks ago to ask questions about my Caravan and I got one that had no voicemail set up and I got a service manager who doesn't return a call. I called 3 days ago and left a message for the sales manager just to ask about towing my vehicle before we went on a trip and no return call. I called Bill Luke Dodge and they were very friendly and accommodating.
I have bought 6 different vehicles from here. 5 of them from Charlie Bennett. I would send my mom and my Grandma to Charlie. He's a good guy and I Never feel pressured by him. It's more like dealing with a friend than a salesman. Will definitely come back next time we need a new ride.
I have never had such horrible service. I own 2 other car and am treated great when I take them in. After making an appointment a week in advance and receiving 4 emails confirming my appointment I get there and they have no appointment for me. They serviced my jeep and didn't even wash, put plastic on the floor or even talk to me about any issues. Handed me a piece of paper and walked away. This is extremely poor customer service. Need to learn to treat your customers with respect and maybe a smile would have went a long way... read more
I took my Dodge Charger in for a recall on the spare tire kit. When I went back to pick up the car. The guy pulls the the in front of the lobby and gave me the keys. I noticed the car had greased on the door the side of the hood. So I get in the car to tell service advisor why is there grease all over my car. Poor customer service. Appointments mean nothing to them.
We went in unsure whether or not we were going to be purchasing a vehicle, after having a terrible experience at another jeep dealership in PHX. We were greeted many times by every person who worked there it seemed! Ended up trading an '08 Mercury SUV for a '16 Jeep Compass- process was quick, efficient, and overall awesome. I'm so appalled at your service department for trying to rip off my elderly parents!!!! My mother took the car in for front brakes only and the service department told her she needed rear brakes as well. After getting it back the brakes smoked and squeeked we had to bring it back. They then told her her calipers were leaking (clearly their fault for pulling them off to do the brakes), wanted to charge her another $600!
