The service department in this place is a complete ripoff! Never again will I bring my Jeep there. A wheel alignment, front brake pads, and oil change over $1,100? Imagine if something was broken! Total scam outfit with used car sales, took advantage of my wife and now stuck with a piece of crap rolling turd Fiat! They can't even service the damn thing! I'll never buy from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat ever again because of this dealership!
I would not buy another car from these people! They sold me a 2014 fiat, but they did not disclosure that it was a rent car or it was in an accident. When I asked for a Carfax ,they blew me off, that should have told me NOT to buy from them! We got it in 2015 and we have had problems with it ever since. ** Go some where else to buy a car ***!! Slam dunk rip off!!!!

This dealership is a rip off. If you purchased a vehicle with them beware if it has you and your wife name on it. I purchased a new 2016 Charger from them in May with my wife both names were on the title and registration meaning to most of us both would have to be present to sell it. This is not the case last month she traded the car in. The original salesman would not deal with her but someone did. She was able to trade it in and buy a new one without me knowing. I flew from Houston to purchase my new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Mr. Heggs and his team. I got an unbelievable deal ( couldn't get close in Houston). They picked my wife and I up at the airport and took us to the dealership. Mr. Heggs met us personally and had Bill, one of his best salesman introduce us to our new Wrangler. We arranged financing online and were in and out is about an hour. I cannot thank them enough for the great experience.
Had my jeep for a month. Finally picked up and it's coated with bird shit. Dumb asses left the window down so when the monsoon storm came everything went inside. Ask me for pics. Unacceptable!
