This Jeep Compass is the fifth purchase from the dealership. I was shown several options and they helped me stay within my budget. Chris the salesman was great and both Joe B. and John in finance did a great job. The best part was that my trade in was hit while parked a half hour before I went to the dealership. They helped me through that as well. I drove 130 mile to come to Hegg's because they seem to care about each customer.

I called yesterday about an issue with my car. Got transferred to a service rep to find out if it was covered by my warranty and over 24 hrs later still no response. Not real happy right now.
Yesterday was our first purchase from this dealership. Sales staff is excellent!! First time I went was about a month ago with my husband because he was picking up a part for his Jeep.
