Its the biggest SCAM ever. they charge a lot of money and good luck getting it back. Reed the fine print, there is not possible way to argue what they provide, and its not much. Not much help could be found there. Their customer service is just horrible, pretty much they nicely telling you to ***** *ff. DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING! just use google, its much better way to find what you need.

I cancelled my subscription on July 12 and was charged July 29 and August 29. I have an email with the confirmation number stating my subscription was canceled. Yet they still charged my carf. I have emailed them regarding this with no response. They also have no number to call and speak with a person.

I purchased a membership to access the study materials, but after an hour still couldn't get in. I contacted support to cancel my membership and they refused. TOTAL SCAM.

The same exact thing happened to me as it did with ******* (user reveiw from 7/21/18). How can this company get away with stealing money from people? I’m a student and cannot afford this ridiculous fees from their misleading information.

They explain how to cancel your subscription, verify it has been canceled and that your card "will not be billed" and then bill your card! DO NOT USE THEM.

I was charged continuously after I had canceled. This is an expensive service that I can not afford to pay for over the summer after I had classes ended. No support or live chat offered. Expect refunds...

Signed up for a membership thinking it would only be 9.95 but was then billed for a year long membership. Upon trying to get a refund I was told that “due to activity on my account I wouldn’t receive a full refund”. This is untrue considering I have a second account with activity and that one was a free membership that required uploading documents to unlock study guides. I unlocked two documents total. The first document didnt have any solutions at all! completely useless. The second document was for an older book and the problems were completely different. The document was also difficult to read. I tried to get a refund but was denied because of the two useless documents I unlocked.
