On 9/25/16 I accesed the course hero website for help with a class however the information that they provided me was incorrect. I canceled the account within 20 minutes of setting it up but was still charged 59.85. Attempted to contact the company however all I received was an automated message that office was closed and when I tried to leave message was told that inbox was full and could not accept any more messages.
