I haven't had problem with them in the past. I've use course hero for my master's degree They took out monthly payments as subscribed. Well when I went to renew they charge me the total price when it stated 9.95 a month. I submitted a complaint to cancel my subscription the same day and they never got back with me. They just keep sending me emails on how important their resources are. They do not provide a contract number, just email.

Don't do anything that will commit you to this site, I made that mistake stupid of me. I have tried contacting customer service for the past three days for a refund and haven't received an answer. It shows 260 "tutors" yet no one ever answers your questions, or very rarely. They only send you emails from their "tutors" offering their service for another charge. If you think that the document your looking for is there, think again you have to pay or upload a personal asssignment to view it, because it's locked.

COURSE HERO IS A WEBSITE THAT DEALS IN PLAGIARISM AND CHEATING, SELLING OTHER PEOPLE'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FOR THEIR OWN GAIN. I HAVE REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THEM TO BLOCK MY COURSE MATERIALS FROM BEING UPLOADED THAT THEY SELL TO MY STUDENTS TO USE TO CHEAT AND PLAGIARIZE. I am trying to get a hold of your business as I am a frequent customer who get's monthly subscriptions from time to time. This time when I cancelled I guess it did not go through and I am charged with $39.95. I need this refunded immediately please. Your site does not have the greatest CMS or customer service representation on the site, only articles. Thanks.

I signed up on 27th September 2017 (only on this date) and I quickly realized this site rehashes information randomly picked up online. It contained no iota of information relevant to my study. I quickly contacted them on same date . This was initiated via their website on the “contact us” section of their website. There was no phone number listed. I only give two stars. I paid the membership, and I posted the questions. A few questions were answered, but it is more like 3 out of 15. It's not worth. I found some assignments on coursehero about 50%. They need to improve their tutor system. I will give them a 5 stars if they have great tutor system.

I hate course hero. I really needed this answer for a midterm question and course hero was the only one who had what I needed, so after much searching, I finally relented and signed up for a "free account." Well, they're only free if you upload your own original documents. I uploaded two documents and was still not allowed to see the one answer I needed. Course Hero, you can such a ****
