Don't use this company. I signed up because of all the advertising and hype but its worthless. I used one unlock, missed 4 questions out of the 10 that were shown. You cant verify the answers for review them so I called for a refund and since I used this one credit, they couldn't give me a full refund. $40 for the wrong answers. Use Quizlet for free!!!!!!! Or use Chegg!

This is a terrible company, terrible scam, nothing works, their tech support is absolutely useless and will not allow you to speak with a supervisor. They want you to wait for days to solve their issues - as if it is our problem - and then do not want to refund you the money for something you have been able to use TWO times out of TWELVE I have tried minimum. Do not give these people one cent of your money.

They charged for $119 for a yearly subscription and when I requested a refund because the website was not how it was described, they wouldn’t refund the money. They also blocked my account because I disputed the charge. Now I paid this money and cannot even get into my account. I’ve contacted them about 8 times now. They stole my $119. Terrible company.

During the sign-up process on their website, they require to upload personal photos with confidential documents. I believe this is a questionable practice, particularly the use and retention of those materials. BBB needs to investigate.

In June of 2019 I signed up for course hero thinking it would only be 9.99 a month. After I signed up I received a notification on my phone that stated I was charged 119.00. I immediately froze my card. I work for the financial institution that I froze the card with and as a courtesy they automatically disputed the charge, When I contacted course hero customer service the representative had a manager message me named ** * stated that I would have to send the letter stating that the dispute was no longer active. Absolute waste of time and money. I spend about 10 mins looking for my questions yet they didn't have any. They offer 30 unlocks(monthly billing), i unlocked a document to see if it has the lesson I'm looking for but nothing close. I canceled my membership and asked for a refund but sinced i opened 1 out of the 30 unlocks i have, they won't be able to refund me.

I signed up hoping to be provided tutoring and help on courses for school that were new to me and they did nothing. I received no answers to my questions, did not have ANY access to others questions, and the information was terribly. I cancelled my auto renew a few days after signing up and come to find out I was just charged again $40 for services that are a scam. I have reached out to them with no response! Do not every use this company@
