should be no stars. study materials are full of errors, I paid for a full year after using it for one month, then they continued to charge my credit card the monthly fee even though it was cancelled. reported them for fraud. stay away. complete rip off.

This company is committing fraud. They have billed my account since February and just canceled today. No one in our family order this. They won't credit back our card. Only three months worth. I never even authorized to deduct this payment. What a scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been fighting this company for a refund of my money for services never received for almost a year now. I paid through my ******account and when I noticed that it wasn't the cost I saw I immediately cancelled. The cancellation was within 5 minutes and I even went into the ******and cancelled everything I could through there. I have not had access to course hero since I cancelled. I really wish I could give them a big FAT ZERO!Course Hero is garbage and a complete scam !!! I spoke with escalation manager Spencer C and customer representative Elotchie and they both refused to issue me a refund for a account I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO. My payment information was used fraudulently so naturally I called to request a refund. They denied payment refund and also locked the account so that I can not use the product. $120 down the drain for a product I don’t own. They are crocks and scammers . I do NOT advise.

Should be NO stars and shut down! I too have been gotten by this company! I have only visited their site a few times in search of textbooks. I have never personally uploaded any documents but somehow they have been uploaded to their site. I do not know if someone with access to my computer has been doing this or if they were done by some other means but it has happened and now I am the one who looks guilty of cheating. Don't even think about being member of this website. Not worth your money. I paid for the full membership and wasn't happy, so I canceled 10days later to just find out they won't give me a full refund. That was still ok with me because I did use their service. But this is the choice they gave me. 1. Change to our 3-month quarterly membership for $59.85 with 20 Tutor Questions and refund the difference of $59.55 USD 2. Change your membership to one month for $39.95 with 10 Tutor Questions and refund you the difference of $79.... read more

Horrible and unethical company. Stay clear from this service. Customer service is not helpful and I had to cancel my card in order to stop this unwarranted charge to my card. Even after I cancelled the service.

Horrible product, unethical company with poor customer service. Buyer be warned that their subscriptions can not be cancelled with the expectation of a refund. They will certainly cancel your subscription, but you have just donated the fee to their coffers. STAY CLEAR!!!! I have initiated a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and would recommend anyone who has a similar experience do the same.
