Verified Renter I love this community and really like the area where its located. 15 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants so once youre done you can come unwind at home. Nice staff and units are maintained very well. Ive been here for one year and will be staying here for a while. Happy to call this my home.

Verified Renter The Cortland West Boynton is a great place to live. Its quiet and the perfect place to come to after work. Like any other place theres always something thats not to your satisfaction but the team here always makes sure to accommodate the residents to make sure theyre satisfied and comfortable and that is very valuable. Great place, I will be living here for some time. Oh and Target is at walking distance
