Verified Renter Great community! Customer service and maintenance here are top notch. Great pool and gym area. Even has a play area for kids to be in while you work out. Coffee and snacks daily. Food truck Wednesdays are fantastic. Great apartments, close to everything.

Can All Service Providers Train with You? I can say that the location is really good, the property is well maintained etc etc, but I have to say that going to the office was the highlight for me. I met Miss Soleil in the office and she was an absolute delight. Completely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. She even spoke Spanish and some other language to someone else! I wish she could train some of these customer service people in companies across America that somehow continue to ignore customers and blame COVID!... read more

Best apartments!!! Best apartments in the delray boynton area! Quick access to turnpike and luxury apartment living at an amazing price! Staff is also amazing especially the Manager Keon and Soleil!
