Verified Renter Nice clean community. My apartment is beautiful but repairs done are substandard. Valet trash service is excellent but trash areas in community can become overflowed but taken care of. Parking can be an issue depending on when you come home for the evening. The staff is quick to respond to your needs. For the price it's a great value and is next to Cherry Creek bike and running trails if you like to run or bike or just take a walk.
Verified Renter It’s been a week living here. So far, I am pretty impressed with the staff, amenities and neighborhood. Just one little thing when the elevator broke down and it takes 2 days to fix it.

While there is room to elevate the community with improvements in a few areas, the apartment renovations are the best we have seen after carefully searching for months and viewing over 14 other communities!
