Verified Renter The Cortland Apartments are over priced for all different size of apartments. The managment is unflexible if tenants lose their gym card or are one day late with the rent payments. They are to quick to impose high fines and fees.
Keon is amazing and very professional. I have lived in Cortland for the past 5 years and it is a very nice and comfortable place to live. The staff, especially the current one, is always very helpful to me and I especially want to give a shout out to Keon. If I ever need anything, he is always there to help me. The reason I know Keon is the best, is because when I call, he always answers the phone very friendly and professional, not even knowing it's me, lol!
