Verified Renter Cortland West Boynton is a great place to live. Stores and entertainment about 15 minutes away. Nice to be so close to the main area in Boynton, but far enough to get well deserved rest. Living costs are reasonable and the community is pretty safe. I highly recommend renting here.
Verified Renter Cortland West Boynton is a lovely place to live! It is a pet friendly neighborhood, well maintained and quiet. Like the fact that it is a non-smoking community. The upgrades in the unit are fantastic and service requests are always answered within 24 hours. Payments can be made online using the community portal. Verified Renter management in regards to our Fountain on our 'lake'. Fountain has not worked for 2 months and I've spoken to Kimberly, Russ, Maria, Gloria and Hasan each more than one time with a different response every time. I was extremely disappointed with Hasan however. His demeanor was dismissive and condescending. He basically stated that since he's "only been here for 3 days", he couldn't comment on my previous inquiries, and took no accountability for a resolution saying "give me a chance, I'm working on it".
