Rent is on the high side, but the complex is clean, well maintained & the staff is friendly & attentive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Have had NO issues over the 4 years we have lived here.

Behind the medical building Did not rake the lease where we live it is trouble

Definitely recommend a lake view! Its worth the extra rent money for sure! Very peaceful...I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know looking for an apartment in west boynton.
