We love walking around the lake and looking at the beautiful fountain, especially at night when it is illuminated. We won't hesitate to recommend Cortland West. Maria, Lisa, Kelly, and the entire staff are terrific!

The biggest selling... (Verified Renter) The biggest selling point of this community, as of now, is the maintenance staff. Alberto is always on top of the issues and has made sure our needs have been taken care of whenever theres an issue. I have lived here a while and this management change has forced me to start looking elsewhere for housing. The lack of concern for the people here in this community is appalling and the to bad so sad mentality has been even a bigger turn off.

From the moment... (Verified Renter) From the moment we applied we felt like we were coming home. The management team worked promptly to get our papers done and into the community. The community is amazing!! Its well kept and the sense of being part of a community is amazing. I wish I would of found this years ago when I moved back from the keys. K would strongly recommend to anyone.. single, coupes, families, this place rocks. Events at the club and pool etc. I love cortland west Boynton
