I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been living here for about 4 months now and maintenance is so friendly and come usually the next day to fix any problem I have! Apartment staff has been super nice and welcoming and my apartment was in a very clean state when I arrived. I always feel very safe and everyone is so nice in the complex. Would recommend!
Great place to live The office staff is wonderful! The community really feels like home. Very safe community and close to things like Target and Publix. I am very happy here and plan on being a long term tenant.

The community feels... (Verified Renter) The community feels like home. It is a quiet community and one of those places that feels very safe. The upgraded units are great and they are using quality products for sure. This is very close to things like Target and Publix. The schools around are also awesome. The office staff is very attentive to any needs and get back to you quickly. I have every intention on being a long term resident at Cortland West Boynton. Great experience thus far!
