Not worth it. There was plenty of red flags but we ignored them, first one was the apartment we applied for was not what we got. IMT reasons was that someone else paid for holding it... well so did we (that apartment stayed vacant for a whole month). they gave my mother in law one that was more money being that she was desperate for a place she took it. They claimed that adm fee was waived but when my mil went to sign the lease they demanded the admin fee, promising to credit her after she move in. It took a whole month or e... read more
Love IMT Florida Club Clean and office and maintanence are quick! Love it here!
IMT Florida Apartments could use an update, appliances, counters, etc... But maintenance is always available to fix anything that breaks. The employees of this community are super!!! Very close to turnpike, but 45 minutes to beach.
Great living I have been a tenant at IMT Florida Club for almost 3 years now and love it. It's qiuet....clean .. .friendly .. ..and a very relaxing atmosphere. The management team are very friendly and attend to every need ..... Very efficient .....reasonable rent prices as well! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone...
Like Paying Too Much? Do you like paying too much, being charged for everything under the sun, pay more than your neighbor, wait entirely too long for maintenance requests, and having trouble finding a parking space? Then this is the place for you. When I signed my lease they never bothered to tell me that the gym they showed me requires an extra $50 fee. Not a refundable deposit, but a fee.
