Nice area and... (Verified Renter) Nice area and friendly, welcoming staff.
Cortland west Boynton... (Verified Renter) Cortland west Boynton is not only the best but its better than the rest. So comfortable here and safe. I always feel safe and my kids are secure as I thoroughly check frequently and cant find a thing, not a single thing to worry about when I left my kids home. Wow thank you Cortland West Boynton.
The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is very professional and courteous. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. I love the peacefulness of the community.

Love IMT Florida Club Clean and office and maintanence are quick! Love it here!
IMT Florida Apartments could use an update, appliances, counters, etc... But maintenance is always available to fix anything that breaks. The employees of this community are super!!! Very close to turnpike, but 45 minutes to beach.
Great living I have been a tenant at IMT Florida Club for almost 3 years now and love it. It's qiuet....clean .. .friendly .. ..and a very relaxing atmosphere. The management team are very friendly and attend to every need ..... Very efficient .....reasonable rent prices as well! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone...

You pay a ridiculous amount of money for "valet" garbage service. One person pays the same as 6 people. Oh yeah, and you pay a service ... read more
