Great living I have been a tenant at IMT Florida Club for almost 3 years now and love it. It's qiuet....clean .. .friendly .. ..and a very relaxing atmosphere. The management team are very friendly and attend to every need ..... Very efficient .....reasonable rent prices as well! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone...

Then this is the place for you. When I signed my lease they never bothered to tell me that the gym they showed me requires an extra $50 fee. Not a refundable deposit, but a fee.
