The community is amazing!! Its well kept and the sense of being part of a community is amazing. I wish I would of found this years ago when I moved back from the keys. K would strongly recommend to anyone.. single, coupes, families, this place rocks. Events at the club and pool etc. I love cortland west Boynton

A little high-end... (Verified Renter) A little high-end on the rent, but this is a great community. Apartments have a nice layout with lots of light. The complex is not too big & has a courteous & professional staff. Any work orders or issues are handled in a professional, timely & friendly manner. The community is well maintained & residents are friendly. I would recommend Courtland West.
