A little high-end... (Verified Renter) A little high-end on the rent, but this is a great community. Apartments have a nice layout with lots of light. The complex is not too big & has a courteous & professional staff. Any work orders or issues are handled in a professional, timely & friendly manner. The community is well maintained & residents are friendly. I would recommend Courtland West.

I have not... (Verified Renter) I have not lived in many apartments but here at Cortland West Boynton...its amazing...don't know a lot of my neighbors but all that I have met are very neighborly, each day I can't wait to get home and relax.. another great feature is I live on the 1st floor and I have neighbors above me and I can't hear them which is awesome...nothing worse than hearing foot steps all hours of the day and night.

I always feel safe and my kids are secure as I thoroughly check frequently and cant find a thing,not a single thing to worry about when I left my kids home. Wow thank you Cortland West Boynton.
