The rent price... (Verified Renter) The rent price is not worth it!! Refurbished units not remodeled units! All the parts are just repainted. I can do a better landscaping job with a push mower! It doesnt feel like an upscale place for the price!!!

Rent is on the high side, but the complex is clean, well maintained & the staff is friendly & attentive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Have had NO issues over the 4 years we have lived here.
Cartland west staff... (Verified Renter) Cartland west staff from grounds to upper management staffs are really cool and I felt like we are family here, we look out for each other and show respect and patience for all. This place is a great place to call home.
