Great Apartment Complex I’m very surprised to find such close apartment to the turnpike and they have great rooms At great prices. They are very professional and friendly. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a fast and prompt response. I didn’t realize they would be this amazing. I intend to continue renting from them and I strongly recommend their properties to every one.

Verified Renter Overpriced. Poor parking. Trees shed all over car. Garbage pickup 8am -5pm. Stuck with garbage from dinner all night. Too many added fees to rent.
Verified Renter Cortland West is by far one of the best places to live in Boynton Beach. Quiet community which offers all amenities for it to be considered upscale living at a modest price. Community holds regular events for the residents and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Love living here.
