Verified Renter Very nice apartment in a safe area and the landscaping is beautiful. Even though we are next to the turnpike, there is very little noise pollution.

This community couldn’t be any more beautiful today than it was almost four years ago when I first moved in (the kitchens are to die for) as Cortland continues to make good on their word starting with their amazing transformations and upkeep of the property. Love Cortland I have been living at Cortland for a few years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff is wonderful, always very friendly and eager to assist. The grounds are kept, maintenance issues are resolved quickly and the pool is heated! What more could you ask for… ?!?!

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff I'm a tenant here for 7 years & have nothing but praise for the Cortland Boynton West staff. The property is kept in pristeen condition by Cortland's excellent maintenance staff, supervised by Alex. And the leasing office, managed by Aileen and her friendly staff, Soleil and Keon, offer a friendly & welcoming smile when you walk in the door. Needless to say, Cortland has been & will continue to be my HOME. I love it here!

Best place to live Been here over 15 years and this is the best office staff they’ve ever had. Between Aileen, Keon, and Soleil and maintenance they are the most responsive and amazing!!!
