Verified Renter Overall I really like my apartment. The staff in the office are really nice and the apartment is what I needed. The remodeled kitchen is pretty and I like having a fireplace. However, lawn care is unreliable and pests are an issue. There is also almost no storage in the apartments and while this is not the worst thing ever it is annoying.
Verified Renter I paid the rent 3 weeks before I moved in and they promised to finish remodeling by the time I moved in. Guess what? I came out of another state. First day when I got to my apartment, many things were left undone. For example, a lot of duck poop on my balcony, peeling paint on bathroom’s wall, rubber came out from refrigerator’s door. Anyway, they fixed it within 1.5 weeks of living here. The new management seemed helpful.
