Verified Renter Neighbors are great. The staff is easy to deal with. They are prompt when there is a problem. Love love living here! Parking is no problem. I have not had a chance to use the pool but it looks clean and can't wait to use it. I thought living on the bottom floor would be noisy but it is not bad at all.

Verified Renter Sometimes it takes a long time for them to solve a problem, they take time to give you an answer by email and sometimes they don't answer them, on the other hand the fitness area and the pool area are very good.
Verified Renter Maintenance guys are great. They are courteous and professional. Office staff are friendly. Area is kept clean. Place is convenient to stores, hospitals, the beach!

It’s a decent place to live. It’s also your typica... It’s a decent place to live. It’s also your typical “landlord apartment complex”. There has been a big upgrade to the pool area which is nice and landscape. We have had a bit of an issue when it comes to maintenance though. It seems they do not have the staff to cover everything and it’s stretched thin. The complex adjacent to CB seems to have a lot of problems which seems to spill over the fence at times. Verified Renter Good place to live overall. It's a little old and pricey, but the new administration is renovating most of the public areas, and we have seen some improvements.
Verified Renter I love it here at Coquina Bay. It’s quiet, staff is friendly and willing to help when asked. I hope to be here for a while. I don’t think it can get any better.
Recommend: close to... (Verified Renter) Recommend: close to the Mayo Clinc. People are working in Mayo for them good option. Not recommend: No gated coummunity No maintainance if playing area e.g. Tennis court. Price are increasing but the amenities are old and not well maintained. Rooms are very small as per rent.
