Verified Renter Very quiet neighborhood. No issues or disturbances in the complex. Friendly neighbors. The staff is pretty great. Management is very quick to respond and fix any issues that we may have.
Verified Renter I love it here. I love the fact that it is so quiet and there is nothing to worry about. The office staff is amazing and maintenance is always quick to respond when needed.
Verified Renter So far the moving process is smooth. The apartment is decent. I lived in non-upgraded first floor 2B2B rn. I can hear the noise from the upstairs easily especially the footsteps. The staff are pretty friendly and the place is so close to the Mayo campus. If you work there, you can literally ride a bike in 6 mins. I'll update when I live longer here tho.
Verified Renter The apartments are old and have a cockroach infestation. The new administration has renovated the public areas and some apartments, but they are pricey. The personnel at the leasing office are very rude.
Verified Renter I've lived here for going on 9 years, always happy, and anything in need is helped extremely fast. I enjoy the friendships with my neighbors, and office staff is more than nice. I am happy to sign my next year's lease!
