Slow progress on... (Verified Renter) Slow progress on community issues, roaches that aren't going away, feral cats and ducks are everywhere and crap everywhere you step and on cars. Non residents use facilities like the pool, tennis court. Dog park unusable it rains.
Disgusting It may look nice but it’s a disgusting place. There is mold, bugs, water damage, thin walls, no insulation, and bad neighbors. The office does not care about you and will not follow proper protocol to fix your issues. They do not care about your health. Stay away.

Amazing Staff!! I have lived here for 2years. The staff are amazing. The community always looks good. I love the new valet trash service!

This property does not return calls. This property is full of crap. They did not provide me with copies of any of the paperwork I signed at all. When I called to cancel the apartment, I talked to someone in the customer service department not in the actual office who assured me several times that I would receive a callback. I never received any callbacks from the property management AT ALL. I emailed the representative who took my money, Elizabeth Hall who also never returned my email. Review Coquina Bay is by far a wonderful quiet clean place to live. The office staff is amazing. The maintainace staff is also amazing. Your 2 miles from Jax beach just minutes away from anythng you need and just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy city.It's a safe environment. Coquina Bay This has been, by far, the most peaceful and easy going living situation I have ever been in. Coquina Bay apartments has set the standards so high. The staff is exceptionally kind, understanding, enthusiastic and always remembers who I am. Our neighbors are friendly and there is minimal noise throughout the entire complex. Coquina Bay has given me a safe and happy place to call home.

Coquina Bay Apts I will start with the office staff are great. The apartments are extremely outdated built in the early 80's and nothing has been updated. When myself and my neighbors moved in we were all told the kitchens and bathrooms would be updated in a few months, two years ago the rent keeps going up but nothing has been remodeled in the apartments.
