Verified Renter so far it's good. The area is pretty quiet and safe. The neighbors are decent. Only complaint is the cockroaches.... but I guess it's a common thing in Florida? I hate bugs...

Verified Renter I've lived at Coquina Bay for 13 years so that speaks for itself how I feel about living here. The complex is convenient to JTB that connects easily to I 295 and I 95. The beaches are right here right over the Intracoastal bridge, multiple stores and restaurants within a stone throw away. Verified Renter I love this community so far! I’ve been here for just over a month and have no complaints. The neighbors are nice, leasing staff is great, maintenance requests barely take any time to complete. The community is quiet and has nice amenities, very happy to call it home.
Verified Renter Roaches and nats in apartment. Property grounds are not maintained and garbage is everywhere. Dumpster area is filthy. The pool and the clubhouse is the best part of the community.
Run away I've lived here for four years and it has gone consistently downhill while getting increasingly expensive. They've redone the pool/clubhouse/landscaping around the main area 3-4 times since moving in, while our our the bare minimum and it took them 2 years to fix my sliding glass door, Management is rude and combative and will call the police on you if you argue with them, even thought you've paid more than 50 grand since moving in there and they've worked there a month.
Verified Renter Apartmet is OK. Some observations but the administration is ready to fix up. The location is very good, 10 minutes from the beach. The pool and grill zone are very good.
