Verified Renter It's a beautiful and very CLEAN community. The management team is awesome Mrs. Thomas is very welcoming and made me and my wife feel like apart of a huge family.
Verified Renter Leslie helped us with all of our needs! We love our apartment & all of the amenities at the property! They have a beautiful pool with cabanas, cornhole and even grills! The gym has all the basic necessities you need!

Verified Renter Overall I’ve had a pleased experience with living in Coquina Bay, issues with neighbors, lack of communication from leasing staff, and the price for the size and features of the units leaves a little more to be desired.

Verified Renter The water quality is so bad. The maintenance staff could be better. Community is good advice otherwise. Hopefully they take care of the wildlife that roams around inside the community
