Verified Renter Upon arrival, I noticed that the house was not clean. The kitchen surfaces were sticky, and the bathrooms had not been properly sanitized. This was quite disappointing and made me uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, there was a significant problem with the drainage in the bathroom. The sink drained very slowly, which made using it quite inconvenient.

Verified Renter Management was rude on phone, as well as the laundry services are not available, and the idea of accessing entry on an app is ridiculous, what if you don't have a cell phone..... this used to be a great community, now it's so impersonal, get to know your community.
