Verified Renter Stay in Coquina is good except the dealing with the leasing office. I don't know for me most of the things that deals with the leasing office were slow and needed to visit them 3-4 times to get it done. Apart from that, the premises, pool area, rooms and gym are really good and well maintained.

Verified Renter Beautiful apartment that is in a wonderful area with plenty of activities to do during free time. Lots of shopping activities, only downside is some tenants do not clean after their pets so certain areas can be messy.
Verified Renter It’s an okay place to live, they look out for you when need to be only disagreement is when they don’t allow all your trash to be taken by the garbage people but expect you to pay $1500 or reject your trash because wild animals wanna get into them
