We offer leases by the bed for one bedroom, two bedrooms, three bedrooms, and four bedrooms ( 1x1, 2x2.5,3x3.5,4x4.5). We are pet-friendly. Also, we have two pools and two hot tubs. Inside the unit, we have washer and dryers plus all over appliances. We have an on-site gym and clubhouse.

I lived here for 4 years and I swear by it. It's the biggest space for the cheapest rent you will find in San Marcos. (3 bedroom is the best!!) Sure, there are issues but that's any apartment. The staff is super sweet and helpful and the maintenance men do what they can with what they have. The location is awesome. Less than 5 minutes to campus, wal mart, heb, etc. Biggest downfall is the apartment gym but you pay for the student rec center so utilize it.
Its a great complex the homes are so spacious and the facilities are amazing. I cannot wait to start my lease here, and hopefully finish school in this complex
The towing for when visitors come is getting ridiculous here! It's hard enough to see the painted visitors sign on the ground during the day and at night it is just a nightmare. This is the second time I've been towed by being two spots off from the "visitors parking" thinking I was in the right spot but can't see the paint well enough to know. Literally makes me not even enjoy visiting my friends anymore because I'm on edge that my car will get towed. Is this really how you want visitors to feel? So sad... Also, I called th... read more
Tows their own residents then lies about the car not being registered with them. Moving out ASAP
THe absolute worse worse worse worse worse!!!! I would rather live anywhere else. They are hesitant to work with you. No customer relation or holiday spirit. Don't live here!! THE PRICE isn't worth it!
