Management is terrible end of story
Toby is cool.
The parking situation at copper beech is unethical after being told by the staff that they log the car you drive into the computer and if someone calls to have your car towed from the complex the towing company knows. After callling the towing company I was informed they have no way of knowing who does and does not live there. Anyones car can be towed.
Copper Beech lacks communication with their maintenance, my washer has been out EVER since I moved in AUG 1st, my dorm life was better than ever living here. STAY WHERE YOU ARE!!!!
This place is the worst. Keeps changing management companies, employees walk in unannounced, which while legal as stated on leases, is still annoying and common courtesy of knocking would be appreciated. The employees are probably trying their..best? But they are extremely incompetent and can't answer even simple questions with consistent answers. Always try to add on extra charges to rent. If you are moving into the Copper Beech Town-home apartments, keep in mind that they have a non refundable $250 "redecoration fee" per bedroom on top of your deposit. My roommates and I recently moved out and found that of the $1050 of the deposit, only $300 was considered to be refundable while the remaining $750 was kept by the complex for redecoration.
