The management does care about residents enough to have the courtesy to inform us when they move people into our home. The management told me when I moved in(3 years ago) that they would fix the broken hot tub soon and it has never happened. I have submitted maintenance requests that gotten closed out with literally nothing happening. I walk outside nearly every morning to fresh dog poop on grass by my house .The rooms are big though.

Space wise is amazing. And i thought my Senior was going to be amazing while living here. But ever since I moved in, in August I've been having non stop animals . First was roaches, then beatles, now crickets (literally on my bed at night, killed 5 at once one night in my bed, which I kill about 10 a day), now I come across huge spiders . I can't sleep at night, for the fact of being worried if I ain't going to have a spider or have something else Bite me at night . I love the apartment! It's so spacious and comfy! Maintenance does its job, and my only complaint is how loud it is to live downstairs. Overall I am very happy!
The staff is very friendly . The homes are Very spacious . However , people don't pick up after their Dogs and it's a lot of dogs ! Also, if you submit a work order for something minor instead of them telling you the maintenance won't come out , you're stuck wondering when will they ever come out . Other than that it's really not that bad of a place .
