You guys have some really bad wifi issues and it's pretty annoying.
I have been here and 3 days later my furniture still hasn't arrived and the office doesn't care and my roomate and I can't go about our daily lives Bc of it. No one wants to sleep on the floor. Not to mention the filth surrounding the complex
I absolutely love this place yall have everything. My roommates are amazing as well. I have a lot of new friends to hang out with. And I can just walk to the pool whenever I want to.
The people are rude over the phone and in person, they don't care about your questions. They drag a$s when it comes to subleasing for you, and make sure to read your lease, cause there is no way out of it. Also, they tried to raise the rent on the person that was subleasing for me, causing her to not want to sublease from me. Overall a shitty experience, cheaper and nicer places in SM.
My apartment and the staff here have really made me feel welcome! Honestly, for the price and location, I'm happy I chose to live here! Plus my roommates are pretty chill.
