I'm highly disappointed in the maintenance aspect of Copper Beech. I have been going without Internet access for the past four months. I've gone to the office multiple times in hopes of getting someone out here to fix the problem. Every time I follow up on the problem I am told that the IT department has tried contacting me and has left voicemail messages for me although neither has occurred. Drove from George Town because the front told me they had shuttle buses going to Cowboys dance hall for a discount of $10. Found out they lied to me or don't have them anymore :? No cool I was even thinking of signing here because of the shuttle buses for people who live there
Gym CLAIMS to be 24 hours but it's not. I walk up there on a Saturday morning and all the doors are locked, even after scanning in my finger print. This apartment complex doesn't stick to what they're selling. I'm glad I'm leaving after 2 years.
This has by far been the worst place I have ever lived. I live in an upstairs bedroom and the bedroom is literally a sauna in the summer and they do not do anything about it. Now our air conditioner is frozen because it's cheap and I'm gonna have to go without air conditioning.
