Toured apartments and obtained copies of the application and lease. I specifically asked if there were any deposits or other charges and the young lady stated no. A few weeks later we completed the application and emailed it in on a Thursday. We had to call on Monday to make sure they received it because they did not respond. They contacted us to tell us that there was a $255 application fee. The special expired on March 1st but they didn't bother to tell us that. The employees are useless and don't ever know what's going on. Their management is a complete JOKE. The maintenance crew must only work once a month for how long it takes for things to be fixed. We've had something major break about once a month. This month, our AC is leaking and raining into our downstairs, last month our hot water was broken for over a week. Before that our electricity would randomly shut off at least 5 times a day for over two months before the came and fixed it.
Thinking of living here in the fall. Do people like living here? Is it more quiet or more crazy? How's the pool? Rooms? Etc.
