Place is nice until you have to deal with management. Never fix anything unless they can charge you for it and always find ways to get you with late fees and other bogus charges.

I got raped after the apartment failed to keep the lease agreement by providing locks on each individual. The guys were so huge they could barely hold them back through the lightweight doors anyway. Copper Beach chose my roommates I still remember them yelling is that hard enough as they straddled my back. The cops arrested his family but Coppper Beach forced my to finish the ease without moving me! I was forced to live in a cheap hotel that is not any safer right down the street! I would give this less than 1 star !
