Second year here and I still love this place. Amazing complex, huge space for the cheapest price in San Marcos, and the matainence is spot on. They took care of the hurricane damages quickly, Chris McKee was of great help to let me know when things were going to be repaired through phone and email. Excellent!
dog shit as far as the eye can see— occasionally the lawnmower mows it down, but the shit in front of my place has not only stayed there but also has MULTIPLIED. dogs come to copper beech and just have a shit party and they LOVE it! �
Moved in this past August and the staff is great. They have helped me with any issues I have and are really friendly. Much better than my last place and I am resigning for next year.
