Brought my 2016 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack edition that I purchased new at Jack phelen in for service. Car has 4900 miles on it, and I baby it. Rear driver shock was blown out, and a few other minor things were needed. Service writer called to tell me, that my transmission was leaking, and would not be covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. Horrible service. Both times I've gone. I went for a recall. First they told me I missed my appt. once I pointed out the automated phone call said the same time I showed up, they claimed computer error. Then they told me 1.5 hour wait while working on my vehicle. Ten others that came in after me were out before I was. I understand they could have different things done, but when I went to follow up with how long after 2 hours no one could fine my vehicle. I decided to visit this dealership because it was convenient at the time( in the area shopping). It just so happened I was on the phone with the dealership in forest park and They were really helpful. I was planning on visiting them today when I get back in that area but change my mind when I saw a jeep dealership right next to me. I’m definitely not happy with my visit today.
