I’ve been to this dealership on a couple of occasions for service work. They have the worst front desk team I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m sure the guys doing the actual service work are consummate professionals. That said, the service team’s modus operandi seems to be to give you the least amount of information possible when you need to make a decision about having work done. It was a long day but I had good experience 😉😊😉
It was OK but I have an appointment at 8:30 am for an oil change and I did not get out of there until 11:00 am so it was a very long wait
The staff is always very friendly; always willing to help. The service department is fair in their pricing, up front in their wait time, and always trying to do their best to expedite your time at the dealership. Always a pleasure to visit and do business here. You gotta meet Jack!!!
