You can't beat the prices for their oil change packages but my gosh I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the wait. The last two oil changes have taken over two hours! The people that work their are nice and do an awesome job . The new waiting lounge is awesome, so If you have the time to wait over two hours I would rate them a 5star, but when your told "about an hour" and it's more like 21/2 hours I can only rate fair. This happened the last two times.

Well I'm only giving 5 stars because of the sales rep Sam. Because of him I bought a jeep here. If he wasn't there I would have purchased elsewhere. So here's the deal, I found the low online price on their site. Sent an email and then the next morning set up a time to come in that day and take a test drive. Then my bit of an issue started.
